There is no law currently in place making it mandatory for furniture manufacturers to include anchoring devices and warning labels on their products. The HR4266, the Katie Elise & Meghan Agnes Act would require the CPSC to issue mandatory safety regulations in an effort to prevent furniture tip over accidents.
