Maddie's Gifts
One thing that you never think you are going to be faced with as a parent, is the gut wrenching decision to donate your child's organs. For us, there was no question that this was the right decision for our family. On February 13, 2008 we were notified that Madison's heart valves were used in two different children. Hearing the news that her gifts were used made for a very special Valentine's Day 2008.
